Given the above, it is communicated that our institution, being a private and impartial organization in international educational decisions, a process that allows us to have transparency in our actions and activities; as well as in the transparency in the collation of documents and data of titles and certificates issued at the international level; we have worked before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, in Combating Corruption in regards to the education sector worldwide; Therefore, the International Federation of Specialists "FINTES", has built in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Universal Bureau of Qualified Professionals of the World "PROFETIT"; With the purpose of converting the Current Professional Certificate of graduates from anywhere in the world, into an International Certificate with Photography, which carries a personal and unique international license for each graduate; This process helps to combat educational corruption in the world; because the documents that demonstrate the educational level of the graduates are exposed to a process of evaluation, validation and collation; allowing, identifying and eliminating the existing apocryphal titles at the international level; not forgetting to mention that we have found apostilled documents that are false. Said procedure will become a forced procedure in the immediate future, making the human resources departments of all companies in any sector, without exception, and recruitment and personnel selection companies, have to make each candidate, their level documents studies, must be present in PROFETIT, which will allow for legality and transparency in the documents that are presented, which have already been presented for evaluation, review and collation; in addition, it will not be necessary to apostille them either; Since the validation of the documents, they are compared with the records located in each of the ministries and secretaries of education, on documents issued from the official universities located in the 193 member countries of the United Nations Organization (UN).

FINTES, endorses and supports the International Teaching Specialist Certification worldwide, which accredits the level of educational teaching of teachers in basic, middle and higher education at an international level; which is registered through a license granted by Global Certification Entrepreneurs "GLOCE", the organization that validates, certifies and grants international registration licenses aimed at various professionals, institutions and organizations in the world; opens the registry of international licenses aimed at teachers / teachers, in order to accredit their level of educational teaching, emphasizing the sciences or areas of competence taught; which will be accredited through the Certificate as an International Teaching Specialist; same that includes an International Certificate; The above will allow to integrate the Community of Certified Teachers of the World, which is enabled to register teachers as of August 10, 2020; and with the objective of certifying one million teachers by 2030.

The "FINTES" begins as of January 21, 2019, inviting and integrating higher education institutions, "Private Universities" located throughout the national territory. The above, to address the need to support the 300,000 young people who will be benefited through the program of BECAS to study a university career.
Because public universities are not enough to meet this need, private universities that are part of the federation can participate in receiving and serving young people who will pay their tuition with the support of the SCHOLARSHIP that will be for $ 2,400.00 per month. Likewise, the invitation for private universities to collaborate with the federation to attend up to 30% of this need remains open.

From this context, the Professional Competency approach is consolidated as an attractive alternative to promote training in a direction that harmonizes the needs of individuals, companies and society in general; drawing a new paradigm in the relationship between educational and productive systems whose repercussions in terms of Labor Market and Human Resources Management have only been outlined in the horizon of the 21st century.
